We offer shipping services for select items. Please CLICK HERE to see items in this auction that are AVAILABLE TO SHIP. PICK-UP SCHEDULING and in-house SHIPPING will be managed with text and email communication utilizing Shipping Saint. Winning bidders will receive a text and an email after the auction closes to schedule a pick-up time or choose to have your items shipped. Shipping Saint does NOT have access to your auction account credit card information.  Hanson Realty and Auction Co., Inc. uses USPS to ship firearms and or UPS to ship ammunition.  Firearms must ship to an active FFL holders address. SHIPPING/PICK-UP PROCEDURE: Once an auction ends, winning bidders will receive an invoice from Hanson Realty and Auction and winning bidder information is transferred to Shipping Saint. An email and a text message are generated by Shipping Saint to congratulate you on your winning bids. At that time, you are prompted to respond whether you will pick up your items locally or if you want us to ship them to you. (Reminder that only select items are available to ship.) Items will be prepared for pick-up at the auction location or queued for shipping. Buyers will receive all shipping communication from Shipping Saint. Items will be packed in-house by Hanson Realty and Auction Company Inc. Buyers can expect a shipping invoice about 5-7 days after an auction ends. SHIPPING CHARGES: Buyers pay for shipping costs through the text/email received from Shipping Saint. Shipping Saint does NOT have access to your auction account credit card information. This will be a separate payment from your auction items. When your package is ready to ship, you will be asked to verify your address and pay for shipping directly through the link in the text/email.  Buyers must respond to one of these messages, otherwise, we cannot ship your items. Once paid, a label is generated in our shipping department and the package is shipped. Both the original auction invoice and the shipping invoice MUST be paid before items ship. There will be two separate invoices, one from Hanson Realty and Auction Co. for your auction items and one from Shipping Saint for the shipping charges. These invoices cannot be combined into one invoice. Buyers will be sent the shipping charge, the tracking number, and method of shipment. Please verify your bidder account information is correct if you intend to utilize our shipping services. There should be a First and Last Name, a valid phone number, an address, and an email. The shipping platform is integrated with all major carriers, allowing us to compare rates. We choose the most economical option that offers tracking, and insurance, and arrives to you in a reasonable timeframe. If you have specific carrier preferences, please email staff@hansonrealtyandauction.com immediately following the close of the auction. Buyer pays all shipping costs. Package insurance is required. Shipping will be completed within 5-7 business days of receiving full payment. If Buyer does not pay for shipping within 10 days, they will forfeit the merchandise without refund. Shipping is being offered as a service to our bidders.  Buyer will be charged actual shipping, insurance and a $ 10/box handling fee, which includes: boxing and packing materials. All items shipped must be insured for the full value of the item. Hanson Realty & Auction Co. accepts no responsibility for items damaged in shipping.  The Hanson Realty and Auction Co. requires that all contents, tracking, and steps to create shipping labels are properly documented thru the Shipping Saint platform. Outside shipping labels will not be accepted.
